Welcome to Carlin United Methodist Church
At Carlin UMC, we gather each Sundays at 9:00 a.m. ay 802 Hamilton St. We have one simple hope: that everyone who walks through our doors will feel safe, seen, and embraced. We are a vibrant refuge offering unconditional hope and love—rooted not just in words, but in the presence of God among us.
Here, refuge means there’s space for rest, renewal, and belonging.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
Here, hope means believing in the goodness still unfolding—even when life feels uncertain.
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace…” — Romans 15:13
And here, love means being accepted exactly as you are—no dress code, no prerequisites, just grace.
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love.” — Psalm 103:8
Whether you’re new to church, returning after a long time, or simply searching for a place to exhale, you are welcome here. We’d love to meet you.

being accepted the way you are
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love.
(Psalm 103:8)
